Processing

Positron will become the only commercial resource in the U.S. with practical knowledge and experience in all stages of Strontium-82 production and spent generator lifecycle management.

With the acquisition of Manhattan Isotope Technology, Positron gains immediate value to provide a credible and viable radioisotope processing plan, access to existing non-DOE isotope supply, supply chain management, and radioactive waste solutions for the Company.  MIT has the intellectual property, expertise and facilities needed to accelerate Positron’s plans for securing the isotope supply channel, thus bringing the company one step closer to offering a full PET solution for the nuclear cardiology industry and becoming the authority in radioisotope production and disposal.
